I wonder why the dog's breathe smells so bad? Probably because of the food it eats. The ad is about the dog and the bird, when the bird gets sent to it's death due to the killer breathe of the dog.

And the bird is left dead in a cage, inside a building hopelessly with the dog attempting to eat the bird.

The odor of the dog's awful breathe that killed the poor hopless bird with nothing to do inside the cage. It was sitting in the cage as a sitting duck with no way out left with the dog taunting it's dead body.
